What is your “day job”?
Trader Joes

your art medium?
Owner of Vagabond Vinyl mobile record store. I write and record music under the band name Scroll. I work on pen and ink drawings and occasionally I dabble in photography.

website(s) featuring work? Facebook.com/scrollsofaltair. Online store for vagabond vinyl coming soon.

why do you choose to work a menial job?
Is it a choice?
It is a choice. Sometimes you have to live in a trailer and work in grocery to make your dreams more of a close reality.

does your “day job” effect your creativity?
No. I work with and come in contact with very interesting and creative people on a daily basis. These people have been an encouragement overall. The only negative effect my “day job” has on me is the time it takes from working on Vagabond Vinyl and Scroll.

what was your last meal?
Buffalo wings and a cold beer.

two artists that you look up to?
John Baizley and Aaron Turner.

If you could trade places with one living human/ animal for a day who and why would it be? My dog Botch. I could use a day of sleeping on the couch.

What would your “dream” life consist of?
I’m living my dream life right now. The goal is to work for myself, doing something I love with the one I love.

do you like answering random questions? Not typically. But this was cool.
